Beal Island is shaped like a
crooked "h". It's about 65 acres and has a trail that circumnavigates
the island.
This is where Handsome Man will be spending his Columbus Day weekend (Fri.- Mon.) with the Boy Scouts, Troop 2
Tonight the boys will be going shopping to purchase all the food they need for the menus they had prepared at last week's meeting.
Needless to say HM is so very excited!
The camp out he went on a few weeks ago, he had a great time, rain not withstanding, and earned his Indian Lore merit badge.

HOLY SMOKES!! That is a pretty good distance away---anything farther than Bangor (to me) is like forever away! :-#
That's great that he is so willing to go--I'd be homesick after an hour! Hope he has a great time, It looks like it's going to be a great weekend!!
